Nebraska counties were merged to create Local Health Departments (LHD). LHD were then merged to create Health Care Coalition Regions (HCC).This data is commonly used by the Division of Public Health (DPH) and the Emergency Preparedness and Response Unit (EPRU). Related contact table (EPRU Health Care Coalition Contacts) will be updated approximately quarterly by EPRU or GIS staff. Associated county stats table (EPRU Health Care Coalition CountyStats) will be updated as needed (2030 census or if a HCC boundary changes).
