U.S. Fish & Wildlife ServiceDescription Currently, Valle de Oro NWR has a variety of trails open to the public for pedestrians, cyclists, horseback riders, and dogs on leash. These trails are accessible during operating hours and transverse throughout the entire refuge. This data is open to the public and is intended for refuge research, planning, and interpretation. This information will be used for all Valle de Oro NWR digital and print mapping documents. More information on trails and Valle de Oro can be found here: https://www.fws.gov/refuge/valle_de_oro/ UPDATE 12/23/2020: edited names and designation of certain sections of trails, especially in the northwest corner of the refuge and around old welcome center.
