Description
This layer is a digital copy of the adopted Willamette River Greenway setback. The setback is 100 feet from the Willamette River top of bank except for the following areas currently proposed with custom setbacks: Areas outside of the digital representation of the Adopted Willamette River Greenway (no setback). Properties with existing, adopted Willamette River Greenway setbacks according to the Willakenzie Area Plan, Downtown Riverfront Special Area Zone, and Riverfront Park Special Area Zone. Terms of Use This layer does not constitute the adopted Willamette River Greenway Setback.
