Data will be input into this inventory following QAQC. Data is incomplete while this project is ongoing. This dataset is intended to support national scale species distribution modeling efforts by documenting potential natural barriers to aquatic species' passage. The base waterfall dataset at the national scale originally created by USGS for the CONUS found at this link . This dataset has been supplemented with local waterfall information from partners and data traded back to USGS. The data within this dataset and collected within this form is used in SARP's Aquatic Barrier Prioritization Tool (aquaticbarriers.org).</dc:description><dc:format>ArcGIS FeatureLayer</dc:format><dc:identifier>https://hub.arcgis.com/datasets/6e2ffe366576444eb8ef8c6e6247f047_0</dc:identifier><dc:language>eng</dc:language><dc:publisher>U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Open Data</dc:publisher><dc:rights>Public</dc:rights><dc:title>SARP Waterfall Survey [United States]</dc:title><dc:type>Web services</dc:type><dc:coverage>United States</dc:coverage><dc:date>Last Modified: 2025-09-17</dc:date></oai_dc:dc>
