Thurston GeoData CenterThe main purpose of this data is used as part of road planning, road maintenance and analysis of county owned roads. This is accomplished by linking it to data from the County Road Information System. All other jurisdictional roads are kept up to date as we are notified of their change of status. This layer is also used for mapping the transportation infrastructure; Intercity Transit routes, Snow removal routes, School District transportation planning, and Fire District mapping, among others.
