ArcGIS Online for MarylandThis dataset represents the ‘nested' Tier II catchments, or watersheds located within the State of Maryland. Oftentimes multiple designated Tier II streams (with their own individual watersheds) occur within a common, larger watershed. Nested catchments are those watersheds whose surface areas drain to the most downstream Tier II stream segment in a collective watershed area. Based on data collected between 1995-2019, this dataset currently contains information for 165 Tier II catchments.
