This layer describes the 2012-2032 development potential of buildable lands within the urban growth boundary of the City of Eugene, by tax lot and plan designation. Note that the development potential of each tax lot was effective as of May 20, 2013 and development or redevelopment since that date may have occurred but would not be reflected in this layer. Refer to the metadata for detailed attribute descriptions, and to Land Supply Maps for background and methodological information on the Buildable Lands Inventory.
