Intersection approach characteristics that are included in the analysis include posted speed of the road; presence or absence of left- and right-turn lanes; and required rider position and interaction with traffic. Perceived stress is quantified via the Low Traffic Stress (LTS) value. This line feature class includes all low stress network segments as defined by the TSP. Data is updated as changes are approved by City Council.</dc:description><dc:format>ArcGIS FeatureLayer</dc:format><dc:identifier>https://hub.arcgis.com/datasets/665c5a68b5534496af90e8638e0bc347_0</dc:identifier><dc:language>eng</dc:language><dc:publisher>Bend Open Data</dc:publisher><dc:rights>Public</dc:rights><dc:title>TSP Low Stress Network [Oregon--Bend]</dc:title><dc:type>Web services</dc:type><dc:coverage>Oregon--Bend</dc:coverage><dc:coverage>Oregon</dc:coverage><dc:date>Last Modified: 2026-01-08</dc:date></oai_dc:dc>
