A LOMA is an official revision by letter to a current Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM). A LOMA results from an administrative procedure that involves the review of scientific or technical data submitted by the owner or lessee of property who believes the property has incorrectly been included in a designated Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA). A LOMA amends the current FIRM map and establishes that a specific property is not located in an SFHA. A LOMR is an official revision to the current FIRM. It is used to change flood zones, floodplain and floodway delineations, flood elevations, and planimetric features.</dc:description><dc:format>ArcGIS FeatureLayer</dc:format><dc:identifier>https://hub.arcgis.com/datasets/6390a29974644f66a50633bb0b91ca8e_0</dc:identifier><dc:language>eng</dc:language><dc:publisher>City of Eugene Mapping Hub</dc:publisher><dc:rights>Public</dc:rights><dc:title>Eugene Flood Revisions (LOMCs) - HUB [Oregon--Eugene]</dc:title><dc:type>Web services</dc:type><dc:coverage>Oregon--Eugene</dc:coverage><dc:coverage>Oregon</dc:coverage><dc:date>Last Modified: 2026-01-07</dc:date></oai_dc:dc>
