Pickaway County GISDRAFT Building Footprints for Pickaway County source imagery Spring 20 09 . These building footprints represents structures that were identified by deep learning artificial intelligence (AI) using ESRI ArcGIS Pro, Image Analyst extension and the ESRI "Building Footprint Extraction - USA" that is in the ArcGIS Living Atlas of the World with doing a search of ‘deep learning package'. Additionally, taking the incomplete 2009 building footprint created by Eagleview and merge the 2 datasets into one complete. Modifications to the settings in the geoprocessing tools settings were done to get the best results. Processing for the entire county took about 1 weeks and QC work took about 3 weeks. The source data is the 9-inch resolution 20 09 aerial imagery 9-inch resolution 3-band that was flown by Eagleview in March -May 20 09 for the county. This is aerial is open to the public through the county Open-Data site.
