Minnesota Geospatial Information OfficeThis data set is the result of an effort to identify nursing and boarding homes licensed to operate in Minnesota. A new "provider type" column was added for 2022, using manual compilation methods, in order to distinguish between nursing homes and boarding care homes, which are nursing homes without Medicare certification.
