Nursing and Boarding Care Homes Licensed , 2022 [Minnesota]
Description
This data set is the result of an effort to identify nursing and boarding homes licensed to operate in Minnesota. A new "provider type" column was added for 2022, using manual compilation methods, in order to distinguish between nursing homes and boarding care homes, which are nursing homes without Medicare certification. The data was sourced from the Minnesota Department of Health's Directory of Licensed and Certified Health Care Providers: https://www.health.state.mn.us/facilities/regulation/directory/index.html, To provide state agencies and the general public with a basic overview of the locations of nursing and boarding homes that serve the general population, and provide links back to the Minnesota Department of Health licensing systems for pertinent details., Data was downloaded and geocoded on October 28, 2022.
