The estimates come from the Location Affordability Index (LAI). The data correspond to those for household type 6 as noted in the LAI data dictionary. More specifically, among this household type, we model transportation costs as a percent of income for renters. Neighborhoods are defined as census tracts. The LAI data do not contain transportation cost information for Puerto Rico.</dc:description><dc:format>ArcGIS FeatureLayer</dc:format><dc:identifier>58ebe2dc6645452d9702c0adb8033460_21</dc:identifier><dc:language>eng</dc:language><dc:publisher>HUD-eGIS Geospatial Data Storefront</dc:publisher><dc:rights>Public</dc:rights><dc:title>Low Transportation Cost Index [United States]</dc:title><dc:type>Web services</dc:type><dc:coverage>United States</dc:coverage><dc:date>Last Modified: 2023-07-21</dc:date></oai_dc:dc>
