Hennepin County GISThis dataset contains data points along designated routes and captured near-surface air temperature on the afternoon (3-4pm CST) on July 27, 2024. Traverse points were gathered by community volunteers and distributed by CAPA Strategies to support the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Urban Heat Island Mapping Campaign. t_f = temperature in Fahrenheit rh = relative humidity hi_f = heat index* in Fahrenheit *Heat index is an approximation of the heat felt when the presence of humidity is felt in combination with temperature.
