New Jersey Pinelands Commission (NJPC)Deed-restricted parcels are recorded in a Permanent Land Protection Database and geographically enabled using ArcMap. The deed-restricted parcels fall into two broad categories: Pinelands Commission Programs and Non-Pinelands Commission Programs. Parcels deed-restricted through Pinelands Commission Programs were identified by a program's restriction code. Additional restriction codes were created and assigned to parcels that were deed-restricted by other entities. This layer identifies parcels that are subject to a permanent deed restriction and does not represent the actual boundaries of same. This layer provides a generalized depiction of the areas that are subject to the deed restriction.
