- Description
- Directional Line: A line connecting the surface location (wellhead) to the bottom hole location of a directionally drilled oil and gas well. The actual path from the surface location to the bottom hole location is not displayed. Directional lines are not created for straight wells (vertical) since the surface and bottom hole locations are roughly the same for these wells. These are updated on a weekly basis from the GRMD RBDMS database. Except where noted all fields correlate to the bottomhole record.
