Cleveland GISDescription This layer represents the area within a 1/4 mile (~5 minute) walk from a high-frequency transit station, either bus or rail. High-frequency is also defined in section 301.02 as service with headways of at most 15-minutes at any time of day. For properties within this zone, the City's Transportation Demand Management (TDM) policy and program applies. Eligible projects, either new construction or renovation, must submit a TDM plan for approval by the city in order to obtain a building permit. To read more, please review Chapter 301.
