Department of EcologyHistorical aerial photos were used, based on availability and coverage, from dates between 1945 and 1955 to generate shapefiles depicting the footprint of historical orchard properties. As a resource images from USGS Earth Resources Observation and Science (EROS) Center were downloaded and georeferenced. Polygons were digitized outlining apparent orchard property, based on the best interpretation of staff performing the work.
