Description
This layer contains point features representing the New Jersey Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NJPDES) Discharge to Groundwater (DGW) Permittees who have been issued permit modifications to include Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) monitoring and reporting requirements. The Ground Water Permitting Unit issued an initial round of permit modifications in January 2020. This layer contains facility information that includes, but is not limited to, the facility name, location, and receiving aquifer.
