Specifically, possible damage was detected to a section of traditional, terraced agricultural fields (inset 1). This traditional form of agriculture is named under Criterion (v) as one of the justifications for the area's Outstanding Universal Value and its inclusion on the UNESCO Tentative List. Additionally, water and mud flows were detected both within and around the park. This is a preliminary analysis and has not yet been validated in the field.
