This data set was generated in direct response to the Eastern Washington Growth Management Hearings Board's findings of invalidity and non-conformance. It is the result of 18 months of analysis and review and was adopted by Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners in Ordinance 2013-001 on February 11, 2013.
