Thurston GeoData CenterWhen the water and sewer systems were built, Thurston County worked with local property owners to identify which areas would be served by the systems. A payment-for-access boundary was drawn, and all properties within the boundaries were assessed to pay for construction of pipelines. This layer combines the formerly separate individual layers into one.
