The Committee would like to present the ordinance to Council for first consideration on September 18. The Committee made no changes to the map, deciding to leave the triangular shaped census block bounded by Mound, Main and Eastmoor Ave. in the second ward. The group previously had slotted it for the Fourth Ward. It was noted that the total population was slightly different in the latest iteration.
