Cleveland GISDescription If violations exist, a violation notice is issued giving the property owner time to make corrections. If violations are not corrected, legal proceedings can be initiated against the property owner in consultation with the Department of Law. For minor misdemeanor violations, inspectors have the ability to issue tickets. This dataset contains all CMPs (complaints) with associated VNs (violation notices) from 2015 to present. This extract is useful for understanding structure condition issues that are being escalated. Data Glossary See the Attributes section below for details about each column in this dataset.
