Kitsap County GISThis data set is the Urban Growth Areas Boundaries. Designated Urban Growth Areas are intended to accommodate 20 years population growth, based on official growth management forecasts adopted by the Office of Financial Management. The Kitsap Regional Coordinating Council (KRCC) - comprised of elected officials of the region's governmental entities - is the body charged with making such allocations.
