Since late June, it has been observed that the water expansion are predominantly located in areas along the Gash river banks. Additionally, the analysis carried out by UNITAR-UNOSAT also shows that most of the water expansion is around agricultural and vegetated areas.This analysis has not yet been validated in the field.
