The SSAM does not show the location of sewer pipes and interceptors. It does show the areas serviced or about to be serviced by the network of sewer pipes in the ground. 2. The SSAM is at a scale of 1:250,000. Therefore, the map is a general description, subject to site specific determinations during the project review phase. 3. Neither the SSAM nor the water quality plan precludes the addition of sewer service to any section of the region. Tiers are an expression of the region's desire to prioritize public funding for sewer service related proposals based on resolving existing public health problems.
