Original NHD Plus hydrography was altered to illustrate the reaches of rivers that may be impacted by CSOs. Updates will be conducted as further outfalls are removed or controlled, approximately every two years (2020, 2022, etc). All waters downstream of active uncontrolled outfalls are included, but flowlines passing through the Great Lakes are not included.
