The City then tracks this data and publishes it annually to show how energy and performance have changed over time. This dataset includes 2018 calendar year data for each City, Type I and Type II building that complied with the ordinance. For more information on the ordinance, compliance process and rules please visit: www.cityofevanston.org/benchmarking . The ordinance authorizes the City to share property-specific information with the public, beginning with the second year in which a building is required to comply. This view shows data for a single year.</dc:description><dc:format>ArcGIS FeatureLayer</dc:format><dc:identifier>https://hub.arcgis.com/datasets/36cc8c6071274bedbaf9b0a077014bba_0</dc:identifier><dc:language>eng</dc:language><dc:publisher>Evanston, Illinois Open Data Hub</dc:publisher><dc:rights>Public</dc:rights><dc:title>Energy and Water Benchmarking for Evanston IL (2018 Data Reported in 2019) [Illinois--Evanston]</dc:title><dc:type>Web services</dc:type><dc:coverage>Illinois--Evanston</dc:coverage><dc:coverage>Illinois</dc:coverage><dc:date>2018</dc:date></oai_dc:dc>
