Planetary Response NetworkThis is a point dataset of road blockages in Jamaica and Haiti following Hurricane Melissa. The road blockages are marked by a single point, alongside the type of damage e.g. debris, flooding or coastal damage. The data is held in a shapefile format using the WGS 84 EPSG: 4326 projection.
