City of Washington, DCAffordable housing production and preservation projects are managed by the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) , the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED) , the DC Housing Authority , the DC Housing Finance Agency and DC's Inclusionary Zoning program . This dataset comprehensively covers affordable housing projects which started (i.e. reached financial closing and/or started construction) or completed since January of 2015.
