PCI is a numerical rating of pavement condition based on the type and severity of distresses observed on the pavement surface, where 0 represents the worst possible condition and 100 represents the best possible condition. Roads were divided into segments with a maximum length of 0.25 line miles per segment; segments longer than 0.25 miles were split into equal-length sub-segments. Each segment is assigned an average PCI value derived from higher-resolution PCI point data by associating PCI score points within a maximum distance of 20 feet from the roadway segment and calculating the segment-level average.</dc:description><dc:format>ArcGIS DynamicMapLayer</dc:format><dc:identifier>https://hub.arcgis.com/datasets/33a4ec51f2a0474dbc0a7d88174786ee_2</dc:identifier><dc:language>eng</dc:language><dc:publisher>Cook Central</dc:publisher><dc:rights>Public</dc:rights><dc:title>Pavement Condition Index Lake Township 2025 [Illinois--Cook County]</dc:title><dc:type>Web services</dc:type><dc:coverage>Illinois--Cook County</dc:coverage><dc:coverage>Illinois</dc:coverage><dc:date>2025</dc:date></oai_dc:dc>
