This dataset covers 13 counties outside of the seven Twin Cities metro counties.  They are the  Minnesota counties of Chisago, Goodhue, Isanti, Le Sueur, Mc Leod, Mille Lacs, Rice, Sherburne, Sibley and Wright; and the Wisconsin counties of Pierce, Polk and St. Croix.</dc:description><dc:description>The transportation analysis zones layer was developed as a means to compile, analyze and exhibit demographic data and data related to capacity to produce travel.
