West Africa cell signal strength (OpenSignal)
Description
This dataset contains cell signal strength data collected by 100+ Red Cross volunteers across West Africa (Guinea, Liberia, and Sierra Leone border regions). Data have been cleaned and converted to a consistent scale (in dBm). This package contains a zipped shapefile, QGIS style file, and a text file with the complete data.
