Island County GISPoints of Tidal properties, intended for use by the Assessor's Office. This layer only reflects tide parcels that have a different parcel number than the adjacent land parcel. A point represents the relative location of the parcel rather than a polygon to demonstrate that the parcel exists, however the boundaries are not drawn on a map due to the difficulty in tracking the dimensions of the parcel as the borders change over time.
