Please note that each record/row is an application, not an applicant (i.e., an applicant may apply several times). This dataset runs through 2020 hiring cycles. The "Last Hiring Stage" is reflective of the last stage that applicant completed in their application. For example, if the Last Hiring Stage completed is Passed Interview, they would count in every preceding stage. They would have received a "Background Fail" as their applicant status.
