The block-level data is the official release of Census results, provided in a text format that requires processing via R or other statistical software. City Planning ran analysis of the Census results by aggregating data by city neighborhoods and comparing it to 2010 results to help the City and others understand how Cleveland's demographics changed from 2010 to 2020.
