At-risk Species Story Locations, Northeast [U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service]
Description
This dataset represents point locations for each story about at-risk species work in the Northeast region, last updated June 2024. This layer was created for use in the At-risk Species StoryMap.Point locations are approximate areas where either at-risk species work was done or the location of the organization doing the work. Each point is associated with a story written by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service about work that has been done for at-risk species conservation. The data are color coded by the species type and a link to the full story is included in the pop-ups. The layer, and associated map and StoryMap were developed by the Science Applications program of the Fish and Wildlife Service.
