This represents planned high capacity transit service (as of May 2021) that will be available by 2050. (These plans may have changed since the data was collected.) This data was collected for the 2022-2050 Regional Transportation Plan and includes "unprogrammed" services that fall outside the financially-constrained plan. "High Capacity Transit" is generally defined as services within an urbanized region operating principally on exclusive rights-of-way. This includes: bus rapid transit (BRT), ferries (including passenger-only ferries), and all rail modes (light rail, streetcar, monorail, commuter rail).</dc:description><dc:format>ArcGIS FeatureLayer</dc:format><dc:identifier>https://hub.arcgis.com/datasets/1107386fcdc74a34a048cfdc21319a06_0</dc:identifier><dc:language>eng</dc:language><dc:publisher>Puget Sound Regional Council Data Portal</dc:publisher><dc:rights>Public</dc:rights><dc:title>high capacity transit [Washington (State)--Puget Sound Region]</dc:title><dc:type>Web services</dc:type><dc:coverage>Washington (State)--Puget Sound Region</dc:coverage><dc:coverage>Washington (State)</dc:coverage><dc:date>Last Modified: 2025-02-11</dc:date></oai_dc:dc>
