This dataset is an update of the 2020 parcel-based Land Use Inventory and the primary focus was on parcels whose assessment records or geometry had changed between 2020 and 2023, suggesting a change in land use. Data was created by CMAP staff, updating the previous 2020 inventory using Spring 2023 aerial photography as the base, supplemented by County Assessor files and other data. Where can I find the latest data? How frequently is it updated? Land Use Inventory files are considered final upon publication. New Land Use Inventories are produced every 3 to 5 years. They may be updated as necessary to correct data flaws, and the original files replaced. Questions?
