The data also includes the nesting site name and location and total number counts for the active nesting by induvial years. The nest surveys data from multiple sources of active nests to estimate the number of breeding storks in a single year. The current breeding range now includes all of the coastal plain of FL, GA, SC, and southeastern NC. The wood stork colony locations and nesting records show the breeding range expansion north from FL into GA, SC, and NC.</dc:description><dc:format>ArcGIS FeatureLayer</dc:format><dc:identifier>https://hub.arcgis.com/datasets/0e969efd8c774ded81067a851fa3fd2e_0</dc:identifier><dc:language>eng</dc:language><dc:publisher>U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Open Data</dc:publisher><dc:rights>Public</dc:rights><dc:title>All WOST Active Nest Total 1970 1979 [United States]</dc:title><dc:type>Web services</dc:type><dc:coverage>United States</dc:coverage><dc:date>1970</dc:date></oai_dc:dc>
