- This data represents points of interest for Lincoln County, Wisconsin in 2005 and contains the layers "InformationalPts" and "InformationPoints".[This feature class consists of features that represent informational points within and around Lincoln County, Wisconsin. Data was collected though GPS points, phone book addresses, USGS quad maps, orthophotos and other sources. This is a production side "parent" feature class maintained in the ArcSDE environment that is intended to be split up into several "child" feature classes on the publication side. Field Verification is used whenever possible.]
- Purpose
- This data is intended for reference and mapping purposes, and may be used for basic applications such as viewing, querying, and map output production, or to provide a basemap to support graphical overlays and analysis with other spatial data. [The purpose of this feature class is to represent informational points in and around Lincoln County, Wisconsin. This feature class provides useful reference points for static paper and interactive web maps.]
