Description
**The data feed for this dataset is under maintenance. We're working to restore it.** Inspections of Plumbing Project Plans by the Department of Health. This applies to any plumbing that is installed or altered. It includes replacement cards for the installation of water heaters and dishwasher transmittal sheets. Approximately 14,000 plans are filed, reviewed, and have permits issued by the Health Department annually. Previously, residents were required to submit a formal Right-to-Know request to the Office of Open Records for access to plumbing inspection. These records can now be downloaded and accessed without a request. More about the County's Plumbing Program can be found on the County website at: https://www.alleghenycounty.us/Services/Health-Department/Plumbing-Program *Due to a process error the Plumbing Inspection Violations were under-represented and have been removed from this dataset as of September 2024.
